We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle FedEx Ground runs from the Oceanside California terminal safely and efficiently!
Our Team Driver Pay & Benefits include:
- .76 CPM Split ($2,300+ a Week Per Driver)
- $5,000 Retention Bonus

CDL Driver Requirements:
- 1 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must hold a valid Medical Card.
- No felonies or violent or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
- CDL-A with double endorsement- Will Help Obtain and Train!
- No At-Fault Fatality Accidents ever.
- Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test.
