Our organization is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to provide administrative support to the clinical team. The ideal candidate will be required to perform a wide variety of tasks and duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and our with the proper paperless forms just to name a few key items. The Front Desk Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the front office is kept neat and clean at all times, and will be responsible for answering all phone calls in a courteous manner to set the tone for the companys image and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Control the flow of people into and out of the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate station
- Update and maintain records.
- Maintain a clean and orderly office.
- Inform management of any problems or malfunctions in equipment.
- Receive complaints from employees and customers.
- Maintain a positive image of the organization with employees and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
