This is an exciting opportunity for an IT PMO Intern to join our IT PMO team.

What Great Looks like in the Role
We are seeking a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is comfortable with public speaking and presentations. In addition, someone who works well within a high-performance team, maintains a positive attitude, and is a self-motivator who is willing to jump right in and get to work with our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Project Planning: inclusion and assistance with running all phases of an IT project – kickoff meeting, requirements gathering, establishing success criteria, tracking timelines and task completion, implementation and Go Live, managing risk, and project closure.
Candidate will assist with project page clean-up and organization utilizing the PMO’s primary project management tools and resources.
Create, proofread, and distribute project-oriented and department-wide communications.
Assist with data gathering, analysis and interpretation, including summary and presentation building for stakeholder and leadership consumption.
Work with the PMO team on continuous improvement and adoption of processes, standards, and systems.
Assistance with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Project management processes, including the management and prioritization of tasks and scheduling.
Exposure to IT systems and processes and the effects on business requirements.
Real-world presentation skills including both written (Outlook, PowerPoint, JIRA) and verbal.
Data gathering and interpretation.
Collaboration and teamwork in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Requirements:Pursuing a Degree Bachelor’s/Master’s candidate):

Software/Technical Skills: Microsoft Office. Not required but preferred: JIRA, Confluence
