The Execu|Search Group is looking for a high-energy, sales saavy Talent Acquisition professional with a strong phone presence to source, build, and contact talent from various industries in a full-cycle recruitment role. This is an in-house role responsible for sourcing talent to build our sales and recruitment teams and is an excellent opportunity for someone to be an integral part in the continued expansion of Execu|Search in the South Florida market! This is not a traditional agency recruitment position working with clients.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Source resumes and candidates on a regional level utilizing various resources, cold calling, qualifying applicants, assessing candidate qualifications, and discussing appropriate internal sales and recruitment opportunities
Strategically develop recruitment research by calling directly into targeted companies to identify talent
Develop networking relationships within various industries for future and recurring recruitment needs
Conduct phone interviews in order to identify top candidates for presentation to management team
Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with management team
We are looking for individuals with:
A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Proven experience utilizing a variety of sourcing methodologies such as cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.
Keen ability to identify and recruit passive job seekers
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-up and relationship building skills
Ability to meet goals with minimal supervision and good business sense
Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
