Experience Requirements:
- Active Property and Casualty License is non-negotiable.
- Previous interaction with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers would be a feather in your cap (preferred).
- 1+ years tethered to the insurance domain (definitely an advantage).
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Consistently radiating a Positive Outlook & Disposition.

- An undeniable Willingness to get acquainted with New Programs and Processes.
- Steadfast reliability.

Work Rundown: Expect a Monday through Friday work rhythm, clocking in a total of 40 hours every week.
Compensation and Perks:
- You're looking at a total compensation package, a mix of base pay coupled with bonuses, potentially oscillating between $65,000 to $110,000 annually.
