Description
The Freedonia Group is seeking a self motivated Client Solutions Specialist for Cleveland, OH, with past inbound and outbound sales and customer service experience in reference to inquiries, research report recommendations, up sell and cross selling with our research content and our subscription services, and assisting to resolve ordering issues via the telephone, emails, and/or web sites.
This is a fully remote position, however, the successful candidate will reside within the general Cleveland, OH, area.
A strong attention to detail and expertise in problem solving is a must. This person will be responsible for ensuring and providing accurate and timely responses to clients. In addition, this individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help this growing organization better meet its customers’ needs. This position reports directly to the EVP, Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an outgoing individual who is interested in working closely with our customer base to determine how to best address their needs. The client solutions specialist will work with customer service, marketing and accounting departments. We need someone willing to investigate a plethora of issues, problem solve and improve how customer inquiries are addressed.
Answer client inquiries via inbound telephone, email, fax and website(s)
Manage, maintain and develop current business relationships by reaching out to existing clientele
Develop customers into new business opportunities by cross selling The Freedonia Group offerings
Maintain the sales database for lead tracking and pipeline development efforts
Process orders and answer inquiries in accordance to established service standards
Research and troubleshoot client inquiries while ensuring client satisfaction
Qualify incoming prospects for needs and potential order placement
Remain current and up to date with all applicable product offerings and capabilities
Maintain and track all communications in the CRM applications
Meet or exceed department/individual monthly sales goals
Take on new tasks/responsibilities on an ongoing basis
Requirements Qualifications
3+ years of business to business Sales and service experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in consultative selling and Client Relations
Superior phone skills required for both inbound and outbound service and sales calls
Proven problem solving skills and ability to listen and understand customers’ needs and/or requests
Proven business communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong Computer Skills along with CRM software experience helpful
Marketing and Market Research knowledge is a plus
Strong initiative, positive attitude, team player
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
