What you’ll do:
We are growing our inside sales teams and are seeking new and seasoned sales professionals. As a Sales Agent you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and the industry
  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls with company-provided leads
  • Act as a subject matter expert to provide potential clients with product quotes and industry knowledge
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and use consultative sales practices to provide a customized solution
  • Continuously develop sales skills in order to perfect delivery and closing methods
  • Work with customers to collect billing details and schedule tailored payment dates
Licensing

A license is required to sell life insurance, but you don't need to be licensed prior to joining NFS - we have a training program and will pay for your training, licensing exam, background checks, and license applications.

What’s in your Armory:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales
  • An understanding of the foundations of selling
  • Ability to adapt to different customer types and provide solutions for unique needs
  • Results & commission driven
  • Team player with an adaptive personality and willingness to learn from others
  • Receptive and positive when it comes to constructive feedback
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Compensation

$19- $21 per hour base + Monthly Commission Earnings + Benefits

  • Our Sales Agents start their careers earning a base of $19 - $21 per hour based on skills, abilities, experience, and license status
  • All Sales Agents participate in our monthly commission structure
  • Current OTE for our Agents ranges from $50,000 - $75,000 per annum
  • Benefits include: Health, Vision, Dental, and 401k options
