The Community Program Management team for RE&S – Americas is focused on delivering on the Microsoft Mission by bringing both Microsoft Real Estate and the communities it resides in together through cross collaboration with other Microsoft team members and programs. This is achieved by managing community, employee, and customer project and programs across the RE&S Americas Sites. Strong cross group collaboration and passion for community is essential to the success as the Community Program Managers are an integral part of building great community and Microsoft culture.

Implement and lead RE&S America’s Community Programs and lead strategic community projects for the sites within your region.
Support Microsoft executive engagement in Real Estate and Securities for the Sites in your region
Foster, drive, and promote the RE&S Americas contributions to the communities within your site through public speaking and connections within the community.
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, locally, internally and externally for RE&S Americas Engagement.
Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives through Employee Resource Group Support, Employee Networking Group Support, events as it relates to Real Estate & Securities at the Americas Sites projects or programs.
Collaborate with RE&S Americas Portfolio Managers, Microsoft Philanthropies, Community Citizenship, Tech & Corporate Responsibility teams, and local business groups across the Americas Sites to deliver on community programs and projects
Be a thought leader for Real Estate & Securities Community projects and programs across sustainability, accessibility, and great place to work initiatives.
Actively seek out innovative best practices and programs from around the Americas to help inform strategy.
Create and maintain documentation processes and procedures for programs you are the thought leader for
Work in partnership with key stakeholders across the company to ensure Microsoft is developing a coordinated approach and leveraging company assets in the most impactful way.
Play an active role within the RE&S Americas Team.
A Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
Minimum of 5 years of program manager or project management experience.
Experience in strategic program design, program management, execution and evaluation.
Proven capability of synthesizing feedback, analyzing trends, and using data to drive program evolution.
Experience in connecting and working on community or relationship building.
Proven relationship building skills to collaborate and disseminate information across multiple organizational functions
Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and management levels – working effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated executive presence.
Strong ability to move forward through ambiguity and drive impact without direct authority.
Highly self-motivated with a drive, initiative and capacity for hard work
Demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to think strategically and execute on tactics to drive impactful programs which advance impact to the communities and sites
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Thrive on working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Prior event management experience a plus.
