The Director, Digital Transformation is responsible for the on-going improvements to modernize Hollister’s technology landscape, improving end user experience while reducing operational costs to invest in business valued technology solutions.
The Director, Digital Transformation leads the overall enterprise technology vision, oversees key transformational projects and delivers a highly optimized operational environment.
The Director, Digital Transformation partners closely with the business to ensure that the right technology is selected with maximum enterprise value. He/she leads the senior management governance processes ensuring that business value is delivered.
The Director, Digital Transformation assists in the development of Global IT Strategy and oversees it’s execution across a broad sphere of influence. He/she has significant autonomy in driving strategy throughout the organization and delivering on key objectives.
Leads the Global IT Digital Transformation organization.
Responsible for strategic direction, vision, long term planning and objective setting for the Digital Transformation organization assuring alignment with overall IT strategy, policies and goals.
Continually transforms the IT functions technology to leverage key assets, provide increased, measurable business value while continually reducing ongoing support costs.
Directs multiple teams within area of responsibility, including Global Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure Development and IT Project Management Office.
Ensures seamless alignment between own function, business engagement teams and ongoing I&O organizations.
Develops organization structures to meet business needs. Accountable for the integrity of key human resources processes including career development, performance management and development and succession planning. Directs and coaches people managers.
Independently makes decisions that have a major impact on key results, contributing to the advancement of Hollister’s business.
Develops departmental budget with continual optimization. Accountable for performance against financial parameters and monitoring and reporting on budgetary aspects within own area.
Develops and manages relationships across a broad sphere of influence. Interacts with senior leaders on a regular basis to understand needs, address issues, and manage expectations.
Assists in the creation of, and continually reviews, the status of key business strategy roadmaps
Establishes and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Proactively identifies avenues for continuous improvement for services across the company, including new approaches and processes that would contribute to both improvements within department and to business growth/efficiency in the wider organization.
Maintains in-depth working knowledge of business and technology; remains current with emerging industry trends and envisions new capabilities to meet business needs.

BS/BA required. MBA preferred
15+ years overall experience
Minimum of 15 years of diverse and progressive IT experience
Minimum of 10 years IT systems delivery leadership experience
Minimum of 7 years people management experience
Driving technology standardization
Aligning technology to business strategy with measured, valued outcomes
Building and leading global teams
Project and Portfolio Management with both Agile and Waterfall governance
Leading application and/or infrastructure development
Developing strategy and driving strategy execution
Change management experience
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Understanding of both IT business applications and technology infrastructure
General business knowledge
Analytical and problem resolution skills
Interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Associates at all levels within the organization
Talk on the phone with suppliers and Hollister Associates
Read technical manuals/trade journals
Use a personal computer and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio
Travel via plane or automobile
