The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for providing clients with information, training, and support on the core systems' Cards/ACH functionality.
To deliver reliable, functional, and intuitive credit union information systems while providing exceptional client service.
By listening to and collaborating with our clients and business associates, we will provide the best software solutions in the credit union marketplace.
ABOUT THE JOB:
Develop implementation methodology for the successful and efficient deployment of new technology services products and version upgrades to Keystone.
Develop and manage project scope and schedules, including allocating and managing project resources, monitoring progress, conducting formal project reviews, resolving escalated issues in a timely manner, and communicating progress and status to the appropriate management personnel on a scheduled basis.
Manage the development, delivery, and maintenance of high quality, consistent end-user training and documentation before, during, and after implementation of new products. Includes performing training and documentation needs analyses, developing the work plan, developing and monitoring training and documentation standards, and guiding the efforts of writers, instructors, and training coordinators.
Develop and maintain internal documentation that covers departmental policies and procedures, process flows, marketing materials, presentations, job aids, checklists, and forms as needed.
At least a two-year college degree, preferably with a concentration on finance and/or accounting.
At least six months experience working for financial institutions, or a similar software company.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with card conversions while working for a credit union or other financial institution.
