Mission:
Bill.com is looking for a contract, full-time marketing manager who will assist with install-base monetization within the Bill.com product. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and wants to gain a broad understanding of working within a marketing department. This person will help execute various marketing campaigns both inside and outside the Bill.com product, increase product user experience and monthly revenue for the business, and work cross-functionally to turn ideas into product enhancements and marketing campaigns. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Director.

Expected outcomes:
Work collaboratively with creative team to produce digital assets and designs to increase conversion and engagement.
Produce content that drives user engagement and revenue.
Work cross functionally with marketing team to launch various campaigns to drive increase in install base revenue and Bill.com adoption.
Drive marketing campaign implementation and help measure campaign efficacy.
Manage various product placements within partner website to drive increase in product adoption.
Work with stakeholders to create nurture campaigns in Marketo and track campaign results through Salesforce.
Shepherd install base monetization projects from ideation to implementation.

Desired Skills and Experience:
3 to 5 years experience in marketing.
Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Worked collaboratively and managed complex projects from beginning to end while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning new things
Thrive in a fast-paced environment: able to synthesize vast amounts of information, and deliver results that count.
