This job contributes to Starbucks success by leading the development of integrated marketing plans and programs for Starbucks Reserve on the Siren Retail team while supporting product-related marketing opportunities. Develops strategic assessments and manages the performance against operating plans and budgets to achieve Starbucks financial and business objectives. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
As a Product Manager on the Siren Retail Team, you will:
Develop and manage a multi-channel, multi-city integrated marketing plans for promotions, brand initiatives, or a category to support growth strategies and profitability targets
Manages day-to-day relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies and vendors to develop intergrated customer communication materials
Develops, manages, and tracks marketing budgets, timelines, and processes from kickoff to execution. Establishes and maintains processes to ensure effective and timely development and execution of programs within defined budget constraints.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Progressive experience in product, services or brand management
Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
2 or more years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management
2 or more years of experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation
