The candidate will play a primary role in driving the strategy of Existing Cardmember Marketing for a prominent cobrand with Chase. This role will have the responsibility of creating, organizing, and in some cases executing portfolio marketing campaigns and side projects required to drive the businesses’ profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be seeking a senior level 603 role in which they will be able demonstrate their skills in collaboration, project management, marketing strategy and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will have high visibility, and daily involvement, with multiple stakeholders within the leadership team, key internal functional partners and cobrand partner representatives.
Have accountability and ownership for the Portfolio Marketing and Contract Oversight teams within cobrand portfolio marketing team, including:
Developing audience targeting including leveraging partner data across multiple channels
Compile an annual marketing plan and seeing to its execution
Assisting in launch of new capabilities/functionality introduced for existing cardmembers and ongoing testing as needed
Take initiatives from ideas to fruition using any resources available through self-motivated pursuit
Maintain an ongoing marketing and reporting calendar, ensuring the partner receives everything needed per their contract
Manage to service levels in a mutually signed contract
Extensive interaction with internal peers and the Partner to consistently deliver quality results grounded in the best interest of the business, cardmembers and Partner.
Proven marketing experience to existing customers in the finance vertical
Proven and outstanding end-to-end project management skills with sharp attention to detail to ensure flawless execution.
Demonstrated track record for identifying and gaining support for new ideas that can make a difference.
Ability to work both independently and with a team to deliver consistently high quality work product.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to a range of audiences – from senior management to operations groups.
Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
Passion for problem solving, persistence and patience, strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Demonstrated ability to deploy successful marketing strategies that impact diverse stakeholders.
Preference for candidate with understanding of internal processes, procedures and systems linked to portfolio campaign execution.
Bachelor’s degree required.
