LMS Agent Job Description
Lot Management Solutions is a privately owned and operated parking enforcement business, with over 30 years of industry related experience. We are excited about expanding our regional business and are looking to hire energetic, self motivated and determined agents, to help build our client base in the southeast region.
Agents are expected to ensure 100% confidence in their ability to customize a solution that exceeds our clients business needs. Work relentlessly to ensure that L.M.S. (Lot Management Solutions) provide successful service for their clients account business. Agents will provide a customized parking solution for private property situations, such as apartment complexes, hotels, hospitals and restaurants.
Agent Responsibilities include:
Parking lot patrol with wheel locking services
Monitor and enforce permit required lots
Special event parking services
Minor parking lot maintenance
Follow L.M.S. parking enforcement methods
Service accounts 5-7 days a week.
installation of visible signage compliant with all city codes and ordinances.
Dress professionally with uniform and identification badges for on site services.
Demonstrate total compliance with city and state parking ordinances, laws and statutes.
Collect violation fees for parking enforcement, and lot safety.
Must posses a valid state issued driver's license
Valid liability vehicle insurance
2 years experience working in a security monitoring role is preferred ie. security guard, police officer, bouncer.
2 professional references are required
Must undergo a criminal background check and drug screen
