Position:
Objectives of this role
- Maintain constant communication with local leaders, staff, and vendors/partners to ensure proper company operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols across all areas of Aspen.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal and external capacity.
- Ensure that office operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Work with local management and track staffing requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Manage data collection to update metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop department policies, processes, and procedures documentation and provide internal training to the department and impacted end users
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
- Oversee day-to-day office management including Corp IT

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
