Our campus is licensed for 162 residents combined with our assisted living, memory care, and retirement community. Marketing and Sales is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the surrounding cities, hospitals, care centers, churches, etc. The Campus Marketer helps push the leads through to the Senior Living Community Coordinator to follow. Once the Community Coordinator has the lead they will follow with the intake process, move-in process, and communication to the clinical team. This position is both office and community based, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities of the Senior Living Marketing and Sale Director:
- Greet prospective & current residents, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer calls and inquiries in the office for current and future residents.
- Set appointments for prospects to visit the community and apartments.
- Provide tours of the apartment community, ultimately assisting in sales.
- Qualify leads to help generate prospects for the community and continue to follow-up on leads.
- Assist current residents with service requests (TELS) and general questions about the community and home.
- Walk empty apartments/suites to place work orders (TELS) for repair to help get the apartment readily available for a new tenant.
- Coordinate all leasing agreements with tenants, business office, and maintenance team for move-in day.
- Onboard new residents to the community.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement.
- Post weekly on company social media accounts
- In the Assisted living you would coordinate room changes as needed
- Track leads and follow-up
- Coordinate with insurance case managers via email or phone for authorization / room & board agreements
- Coordinate with MD/PCP for scripts of all medications for new residents at move-in
- Send out weekly emails to contacts out openings.
- Coordinate new move-ins with the Wellness Director, Maintenance, Resident Care Coordinator, and Operations manager.
- Coordinate room changes as needed
The ideal Senior Living Community Marketing and Sales will have:
- 1+ years’ experience as a Leasing Consultant/senior living preferred
- Professional demeanor
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Outgoing personality matched with great enthusiasm
- Organized and resourceful nature
- A passion to serve and assist
- Proficiency with computers and property management software
- Organized and self-motivated
- Be able to lift 50 lbs, bend and turn
- Work both independently and with a team
COMPENSATION:
Base salary, and a plus commission per admission and total campus occupancy of the senior living community.
