Individual will be responsible for handling mulitple phone lines, taking call infomation and dispatching approrpiately to various drivers. Must be able to multi task and work under a fast paced environment. Be able to solve issues quickly and respond in a timely manner. Customer service is extremely important on the phone and with customers walking in. Must be familiar with microsoft office. Previous dispatching experience is a must
