Hands on America Services Inc is looking for serious applicants to work as Registered Nurses in our Nursing homes in Newbedford, MA who will perform all duties of a REGISTERED NURSE as prescribed by the NURSE REGISTRY BOARD. IN MASSACHUSSETTS which are stated as follows.
· Assess residents’ condition during every visit and chart your observation.
· Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review.
· Administer medication as prescribed by the resident’s physician.
· Dress or reduce open wounds and assess progress of healing.
· Educate residents and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
· Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, physical Therapists,
physicians and anyone else involved in the resident’s care plan.
· Provide palliative care as needed to keep the resident comfortable.
· Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the
resident’s quality of life.
· Listen to the resident and respond to concerns or requests.

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
