Responsibilities
The VP of Business Development, Western Region has responsibilities for locations in IL, MO, KS, OK, AR, MS, LA
The position can be based out of any of these locations, and regular travel is required.
Responsible for the daily sales activities, including direct planning and implementation of the sales process, for assigned region. Collaborates with regional operations to support expense, cost and margin control, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and succession planning for regional and local sales leaders in their assigned region in order to identify and penetrate market opportunities to achieve revenue and admission goals.
Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
- Must have five years' of direct management experience in a large, multiple-site, Medicare-certified home health or hospice.

Must have demonstrated experience and a proven ability to meet sales quotas.
- Must have demonstrated experience in budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.

Must have basic demonstrated technology skills.
Education and experience, preferred

A licensed professional with extensive related field experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor degree.

Management experience in another health related organization may be considered.
