As a member of Corporate Services, the Construction Intern will work with a large group of stakeholders including project owners, production coordinators and manufacturing tool owners to deliver on construction projects and processes. Ensure timely and effective collection, analysis, and dissemination of information, as well as forecasting risk and implementing strategic solutions to exploit or mitigate these risks. Analyze the current process for construction-based projects, identify solutions for improvement, and implement those solutions. Also, you may be assigned to support construction projects that may require performing field walks in sensitive manufacturing areas or construction sites with heavy equipment.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Candidate must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or Construction Management or related field.
The candidate must have a minimum of 6 months of experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and other Microsoft applications.
Leadership experience in academic, professional, or student organizations.
Experience w/ cloud-based SaaS solutions, particularly in project management/coordination.
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and supporting facility systems.
Knowledge of industrial construction.
PMI CAPM or PMI PMP certification.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online.
Experience with Microsoft Teams or other collaboration tools.
Experience with analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
Experience with creating presentations for mid- and/or executive-level management.
