Full Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in Accounting or related field.
Experience using hedging and investment systems such as SAP/Oracle/TMS - CPA/CA.
Proven experience of US GAAP accounting principles; Derivatives and Hedge Accounting (ASC815) and Investments (ASC320).
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to make well-reasoned and timely decisions by applying analytical skills.
Proven time and project management skills to establish and meet deadlines.
Recent accounting experience with a focus on financial instruments and hedge accounting within professional consulting and/or public large multinational companies.

This position will support treasury related activities from an accounting and reporting perspective.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
Review and sign off on quarterly disclosures and footnote support.
Lead monthly internal management reviews with different finance teams such as Controllership, Treasury, Tax, PMOs across all treasury related activities including but not limited to borrowings, derivatives, investments, hedging, and OI&E.
Participate and lead cross-functional business initiatives and reach technical accounting conclusions on complex treasury areas, including drafting operational and accounting policies and memos. Research into complex accounting issues including its impact on financial statements, internal controls framework/SOX.
Understand journal entries and provide guidelines to help troubleshooting issues, mentor other team members.
Participate in team’s priorities and day-to-day operations with a goal to create efficiencies and building processes for scale and growth. Ad-hoc requests for special projects related to treasury activities as assigned.
