At Brightview Senior Living, the
Wellspring Village Director
serves as the community leader and expert in dementia/memory care for all residents and associates.

In this role, you will lead and direct all care, services and programming within Wellspring Village (Brightview's special neighborhood for residents with dementia and other memory care needs).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Continuously and genuinely demonstrate Brightview's STARS principles of

in all activities and interactions.
Assist the Community Sales, Health Services and Executive Director with initial and ongoing resident assessments to determine their initial needs and changes to their care plan.
Develop holistic activity programs including community integration and spiritual programs.
Partner with Dining Services Director to develop a dementia based dining program.
Plan, coordinate and deliver support groups for spouses, family members and other responsible parties.
Attract, retain, coach and lead a team of high performing associates.
Schedule associates accordingly.
Participate in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition.
Regularly communicate with and provide support to residents and their families.
Adhere to the departmental budget for the Wellspring Village.
Participate in the Manager on Duty program.

With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a health care, social science, or business discipline strongly desired.
A minimum of three years' experience working in a health care, senior living, or strong service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a 24 x 7 environment.
Experience in the design, development and execution of programs and activities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands for time and attention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of associates, residents, family members and medical practitioners.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to quickly master new applications.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
