## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pallets and recycling, and will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and development initiatives.
## Duties
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure profitable contracts
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project management and delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis
- Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent project management abilities
-Must have 2 years Pallet experience
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software systems
- Previous experience in software or technology industry
