Operational Data & Analytics plays an important role in Catasys' fundamental digital transformation. OD&A will transform the underlying technical data infrastructure, as well as create a culture of data enthusiasm and curiosity. We will develop a community of data storytellers supported by a common data layer, instrumentation and tools, and ongoing learning. Insights will support a culture of experimentation to drive value for members and customers.
Responsibilities & Education
As a newly-formed discipline, OD&A is seeking to build a foundational team. We require an experienced Data Analyst to support our vision of creating a company-wide culture of analytical rigor that prizes evidence. The role will evolve with the organization and initial responsibilities will include the following.
Participate in analytics and reporting needs discovery, analytics & reporting design, and validation.
Collaborate with Product Manager on leading, growing, and moderating the Analytics community.
Capture and share learnings to drive continual improvements in products and process, and software design and development.
Deep dive into cross-functional source systems, interview domain experts to create and maintain a detailed Data Map and define additional Documentation Discovery.
Understand the business's analytics and reporting needs and collaborate to create insightful visualizations, initially in Power BI.
