Program Manager, Senior

Booz Allen Hamilton - San Diego, CA

The Challenge:
Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we build our skill sets in Navy modernization tools, including the SPAWAR PEO Installation Database Environment Repository (SPIDER), Navy Data Environment (NDE), Navy Tool for Interoperability and Risk Assessment (NTIRA) to support our Navy customer. You’ll monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like Tableau and Oracle and daily interactions with installation SMEs, Tableau client and server users, schedulers, and financial and data analysts. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create user interface requirements, help automate modernization process and metric analysis, status updates, and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve customer base by developing program strategy and eliminating risks across projects. Join us and help make sure our key customer’s program stays on-time and within budget as we improve the modernization tools to improve the delivery of C4I to the warfighter.

Empower change with us.
