Our Newest Opportunity:
The Talent and Training Program Manager plays an integral role in supporting and enhancing the initiatives of the Talent Management and Training and Development teams. The Program Manager will manage and oversee the operations behind our signature training programs and internship program, as well as support the daily operations of both teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Manages all aspects of the OneDigital Learning Institute (OLI) training programs, including Digital 101 and Foundations of OneDigital Management (and others as developed);
Identifies and invites potential program participants and monitors enrollment
Deploys all pre and post training communications
Collects feedback from program participants and makes recommendations regarding areas for improvement and enhancement
Manages internal branding, communications and program DISH pages and makes recommendations regarding brand enhancements
Manages all logistics associated with programs, which includes; calendar management, booking conference rooms, ordering food, assisting with room setup and breakdown, and managing presenters and materials.
Acts as on-site event manager and facilitates intro, ice-breaker and warmer/transition sessions
Organizes, leads and attends program social events
Manages all aspects of the OneDigital Internship Program, including daily operations as well as developing and promoting the internal and external brand.
Works proactively and collaboratively with field and corporate leaders to identify target colleges and establish recruiting schedule
Works collaboratively with internal talent acquisition team to post positions and monitor applications
Coordinates with field and corporate leaders on onboarding process, setting expectations and promoting our culture of continuous feedback
Manages all communication with Interns regarding program logistics.
Plans, manages and executes Atlanta training
Develops and oversees Mentor Program
Collaborates with field and corporate leaders to select and assign summer projects
Coordinates professional development opportunities during program
Coordinates and schedules “lunch and learns” on topics such as Interview Best Practices, Presentation Skills, Resume Writing, etc.
Collaborate with Director of Conferences & Events to create robust agenda for learning opportunities at RGS
Manages “Intern of the Summer” award program
Creates nomination forms
Collaborates with executive leadership to select award recipient
Manages Alumni Campaign
Creates surveys to gather feedback on overall experience
Keep Interns engaged using creative methods of engagement such as recruitment campaigns, Fresh-Thinking magazines, “swag bags”, etc.

Team Operational Support:
Provide creative direction and oversee content for Talent and Training DISH pages
Acts as Workday administrator for LMS and Talent functions, which includes; tracking enrollments for online and in-person trainings; creating and monitoring custom reports and ensuring employee talent-related documentation is collected and maintained.
Monitor LMS utilization and OLI participation and make recommendations on utilization improvement.
Send OneDigital Learning Institute (OLI) certificates to learners upon completion of training.
Manage Leadership Library; maintain current inventory, research and make recommendations for new books, mail books as requested.
Oversee participation and compliance with required company training, including administration of sanctions for non-compliance
Manage reporting and evaluation of team KPI’s

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with professionalism and discretion
Ability to see the “big picture” and understand how individual activities and tasks fit in to overall programs and initiatives
Proven experience in flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously

Education, Training and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing or related field, required
5 years’ experience in HR, Training, Talent Development or Marketing, required; 7+ preferred
