Team CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an Agile Coaching and Project Management supporting a DHS customer’s wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN) and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains. We are a seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Coaching and Project Management to join our team to guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. This role necessarily deals with highly confidential and sensitive information, and the role is expected to confirm to best handling practices.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Seasoned technical individual contributor will work independently with limited supervision and manage projects/processes, coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Influences others regarding system design, solutions and procedures when faced with difficult and complex problems. The Agile Coaching and Project Management will be actively involved with other technical staff through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
More About the Role:
Work with both corporate and customer leadership to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security solutions/capabilities/enhancements to support customer business/mission goals and objectives.
Follow ITIL, framework throughout the lifecycle of work to ensure all areas of ITIL are recognized, addressed, and delivered.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Collaborate with Engineers /other project managers to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in all phases of the Systems Development: from requirements analysis through design, implementation, debugging, and testing.
Provide client relationship management.
Provide project reporting and summaries for management.
Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Lead Agile training and workshops for contractor and government staff.
Ability to decompose work to smaller units and track progress via a schedule or tracking tool.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
An active Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment.
Certified CSM (Scrum Master) and ITILv3 foundation.
Experience of management/tracking/reporting utilities such as JIRA/Confluence
Experience implementing and continually improving Agile principles and practices, and coaching the customer on the recommended approach
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills
Team Player – This role is part of a much larger team
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Relevant DHS focused experience
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
PMI-ACP certification will be a plus
Experience with managing and using Dev Ops concepts.
Experience with major cloud providers preferred.
