Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team at Reason. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing office operations, supporting HR functions, overseeing finance and operations, and contributing to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for fashion and business management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
2. Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
3. Finance:
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor office expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
4. Operations:
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Business Development:
- Support the business development team in identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Participate in strategic planning and implementation of business growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management, HR, finance, or operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,422.00 - $68,867.00 per year
