Recon Data Entry (FT)
SOUTH BAY AUTO AUCTION is looking for passionate, motivated professionals to join our team. We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Data Entry Clerk for our Recon department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform various clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfilment.

Create, maintain, and audit accurate charges for reconditioning fees related to vehicles processed.

Maintain client vehicle files, records of the completion of reconditioning work and other required information.

Perform data entry and verify customer vehicle information is accurately recorded in the system.

Order necessary car parts.

Possess a great attitude with a hard work ethic and ability to manage time wisely as well as multi-task in a fast-paced process driven work environment.

Have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers whether it is by phone, email or in person.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company guidelines regarding dress code.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication skills.

Detail oriented and organized.

Proficient in MS Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook)

1-2 years minimum experience preferred.

Position requires demonstrated communication, self-discipline, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.

High school diploma.
-
Knowledge of car parts.

Previous Automotive experience is a plus.
