The NVIDIA Foundation, our charitable arm, brings to bear our employees, partners, technology, and financial resources to accelerate solutions to pressing social issues. We’re looking for a Program Manager to facilitate meaningful employee engagement activities across our philanthropic initiatives. In this role, you’ll create opportunities for our employees to use their time and talent to identify and execute innovative, effective community-based programs. And you’ll collaborate with partners throughout the company and help communicate how our employee giving, volunteerism, and nonprofit partnerships have an impact in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan and execute frequent volunteer events and department team building events at NVIDIA’s headquarters
Lead various fundraising campaigns
Manage our global matching gifts program, including leading the online employee giving platform, serving as vendor liaison, and providing support to employees
Lead the administration, communications, coordination of annual large-scale online charity auction
Track program data, analyze results, and provide insightful recommendations for improvement
Create internally-focused communications relating to employee engagement
Oversee several aspects of Foundation’s operations: daily employee communications and list-servs, financial operations, and collaborating with support functions to deliver on requests
Manage all aspects of our employee volunteer recognition program
Coordinate with student groups and host meaningful visits to the NVIDIA campus
Deliver excellent, timely customer service to employees and other internal and external partners
Provide additional support for NVIDIA Foundation programs, as needed

What we need to see:
5+ years of professional experience in corporate giving and employee engagement
Bachelor’s degree
A passion for making positive impact in the community
Experience planning and executing events of all sizes
Ability to execute with the highest levels of organization, accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Outstanding written and verbal communications
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities, simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with nonprofit organizations
Ability to move about the office to access storage rooms, transport boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, and ascend/descend a ladder in these situations.
Ability to manage indoor and outdoor events in person, sometimes outside regular business hours. Must be able to work with a flexible schedule.
