Job Description

CACI supports the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Corporate Operations Directorate to meet their mission requirements of recruiting, retaining, and developing their civilian workforce.

What Youll Get to Do:
Supports NAVSEA Headquarters workforce development office by providing logistics, research, and delivery of in classroom training
Be cross trained as an HR Specialist to provide staffing support in a surge capacity
Support logistics for NAVSEA HQ training including course registration, classroom setup, vendor management, instructor management
Managing training content and development schedule and work with customer to identify learning needs and course requirements, and delivery.
Serve as liaison and coordinate with CACI instructional System Designers (ISDs) to develop course content and schedule for delivery
Support NAVSEA onboarding 5 day orientation, and NAVSEA Meet the Fleet Programs
Participate in special projects as needed related to process improvement, workforce development
Maintain internal relationship with CACI training community of practice to understand and communicate capabilities to the customer
Responsible for the development of reports and metrics to track level of effort and return on investment for workforce development programs, including development of internal briefings, spreadsheets and charts, and SharePoint sites.

Youll Bring These Qualifications:
1-3 years of related experience
Bachelor degree
Active Secret Clearance
Comfortable delivering briefings to groups of 25 people
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Office
Experience working on customer site
Government HR or workforce development background
SharePoint experience
Knowledge of Navy organizations, structure, and culture is desired
