POSITION/TITLE: Membership Services Manager
Member Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.

Effectively runs the facility evaluating each situation and handling issues with the following priority scale of importance:
Member satisfaction, comfort and enjoyment
Business fundamentals protection
Follows all club rules, enforces all policies and promotes proper execution of all procedures.
Manages all employees and employee concerns or issues, supports all subordinate staff.
Develops and monitors monthly, quarterly, and annual Member Services Department metrics including patient retention rate, patient satisfaction, and improvement on clinical indicators
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
Prepares for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings
