Adecco is assisting a local client and recruiting for a Customer Service Rep in Mesa AZ.

Position: Customer Service REP
Job Location: Meza Arizona
Job Duration: 12 Months
Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Summary: Provide administrative and customer service support to the Trane Supply Mesa Warehouse facility.
Education/Experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years' experience office setting in a warehouse environment. Shipping/receiving clerk and Customer Service via phone experience is preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Outlook. Warehouse Management System experience required. Oracle experience highly preferred. Associate must be computer literate and comfortable interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Receive orders and process through Warehouse Management System. Process damages/return paperwork and shipping paperwork. Assist internal and external customers with status updates, service orders & lookups, service parts returns, factory and freight claims. General office duties such as maintaining records management systems, filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned

Major Job responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support to Field Warehouse including the following: • Prepare orders for shipment by use of Oracle application • Basic administrative support: answer shipping/receiving phones, communicate w/ warehouse • Maintenance of warehouse filing systems • Maintenance of daily shipping (m/s)logs • Prepare and process daily and end of month billing • Assist customers at Will Call counter • Assist transporter routing • Print and coordinate shipping labels w/ outbound documents • Process inbound and ASIS paperwork • Problem solving and situation resolution • Check verification, logging, processing • Field Ship-confirmation of all ms's shipped each day. Education/Experience: • H. S. Diploma, GED Key competencies: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated telephone etiquette • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) • Ability to work well in a team environment • Good organizational skills and ability to focus on administrative detail. • The ability to develop relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment
