Administrative Assistant Duties:
Maintains accurate files for company audits
Answering phones and greeting guests and visitors
Various tasks working with Excel worksheets and analyses to include working with P-card transactions, credit card transaction receipts, invoicing/billing related tasks, document control and distribution
Various data entry and file management including confidential and sensitive materials
Administrative support for office management, project management, and field management
Maintain job location boards with continuous updates
Assist in New Hire processes
Assist with time card entry for weekly payroll
Office correspondence and routing to include mail distribution, employment verification's, union request, memos and job related forms for the field offices and may include training manuals and supplies
Monthly reporting for various items and for select managers, will require tracking forms and updating progress as well as acquiring appropriate level manager signatures
Order office supplies to include general office and products to include promotional items such as shirts, hats, cups etc as well as safety posters, stickers, special items, and books
Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
This position will be performed at a company designated office or field location

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
3 years or more in a busy office environment and support role required
3 years or more working within a contracting or construction office background preferred
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience working with web-based databases such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards (E-1 example)
3 years or more experience with A/P, A/R and payroll related tasks
Proficiency with MS Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Logic with numbers and ability to problem solve
Ability to support multiple managers and work with multiple responsibilities
Seeking candidates with a positive attitude and team player approach who are self-starters, punctual, and reliable
High level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
