Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.

This position will lead the CIB Sales & Trading CRM team, which will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic roadmap for the customer relationship management (CRM) tool for the Equities, Macro, Spread, Futures Commission Merchant, and Global Institutional Client Group lines of business. This role will partner closely with the CIB business leaders, line of business COO teams, Technology, the Wholesale COO Office, and the Enterprise Data Management & Insights (DMI) teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage a cross-functional team of business and technical resources, focused on driving the strategic direction and execution of the customer relationship management tool for Sales & Trading
Manage development of business requirements and UAT, working in close partnership with CIB LOBs, CIT Technology, and EIT
Partner with the line of business to understand and prioritize related initiatives at the LOB, divisional, and CIB levels and identify how the Sales & Trading Salesforce CRM can support these initiatives
Drive the creation and ongoing evolution of the strategic roadmap for the future vision of the Sales & Trading CRM
Contribute strategic thinking and creativity by providing relevant use cases and subject matter expertise to leadership to advance next generation CRM capabilities
Establish user experience standards and guidelines to focus on improving team member efficiency and experience
Develop and drive the execution of a comprehensive change management and learning strategy; focused on driving adoption, ensuring end users are aware of how the tool supports their roles and are prepared for changes as the tool evolves, as well as gather feedback regarding offerings
Coordinate with project management and technology to track and report on the evolution of the project and provide updates to key stakeholders
Monitor Salesforce technology evolution to identify ways to continue to enhance the platform over time, and participate in proof of concept efforts for complementary business delivery tool technology
Partner closely with other areas of Wholesale to share best practices and collaborate on new relationship management initiatives
Partner with CIB production support team to provide customer-oriented support to the LOB for the CRM
This position will be based in Charlotte or New York.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of strategic planning experience
3+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of CRM projects, tools, and systems
Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce
Management experience in a large corporate, multi-line business organization
Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Other Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of the Sales & Trading business
Experience leading a cross-functional team, working with both business stakeholders as well as technology teams
Understanding and experience navigating complex technical architecture and managing integrations to upstream and downstream tools

Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
