BrandNexity is an eCommerce Consulting and Services company. We specialize in helping Brands take advantage of exploring and pursuing digital, direct-to-consumer (D2C) opportunities. In addition to a wide range of services, we also operate and manage eCommerce Websites for our in-house initiatives and for our clients.
BrandNexity is seeking an account manager to build and maintain successful relationships with our clients and customers. You will be the internal advocate for the customer and will make regular phone calls and keep in touch via email, text, chat and phone to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
Your goals will include managing customer expectations, customer onboarding, support of project management, strategic growth of the account, new business within accounts, sales support, service application to customer challenges, support of logistics and marketing to existing to clients.
In addition, you may be assigned prospects that may become your future client under your management.
Account Manager Job Duties
Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develop and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
Communicate client needs and demands to management
Forecast and track client account metrics
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Keep detailed records of client transactions & interactions
