Position Summary
The Supply Chain Pharmacy Product Flow and DC Compliance Senior Analyst has a key role in leading distribution center pharmacy product flow, inventory compliance programs, regulatory and operational compliance, and quality assurance programs. This position requires experience in product flow and compliance and will liaison with cross-functional business partners, outside agencies, Inventory Quality and Control, Pharmacy and Store Operations, and Distribution Center leadership regarding current and future product flow. This Senior Analyst will provide direct support to ensure that inventory distribution is efficient while complying with all state and federal laws and regulations that apply to the business where there is a risk of non-compliance. This individual will own the validation of various metrics that support inventory compliance, including essential reports on the activities related to significant inventory adjustments, Omnicare pharmacy experience scorecard and P&L, distribution center date code compliance, metric reporting and inventory productivity and manual pharmacy orders to the DC.
The scope of analytics also includes:
Utilizing data and performance metrics to define policies and processes to improve inventory accuracy. Communicating key insights and partnering with cross-functionally with DC Operations, IQC, Inventory Management, Merchandising, Reverse Logistics, Category Managers, Finance, Store Operations (Retail, Target, and LTC), Legal, Treasury, Internal and External Audit and Quality Assurance. Additional responsibilities including SOX Testing, Inventory Movement Optimization, and special requests to support distribution center and Supply Chain leadership.
This Senior Analyst’s work will impact the quality of the team’s work in assisting the team with meeting or exceeding specific targeted goals that are established for Pharmacy Product Flow and DC Compliance. As a result, this requires that the individual must continually hold themselves accountable for accurate reporting and results and requires the individual to work independently on a wide range of issues while manage specific programs. In addition, the position also requires the ability to lead, provide guidance to new team members, innovate, and think differently to find new and better ways to solve straightforward problems that present challenges to achieving those goals.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a data analytics role related to supply chain or inventory management

2+ years of retail (front store) and pharmacy product flow experience

2+ years of Microsoft Office products - high proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power Point etc.

2+ years of SQL Developer experience

2+ years of prior experience with Tableau, Power BI tools, or other data visualization software

Highly effective communication skills with internal and external partners

Lead and motivate others, build cross-functional relationships.

General understanding of relevant KPIs

20% travel required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
