Part time BE/BC Pediatrician with California medical license to examine and treat children and young adults at a highly esteemed private Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic in the Bay Area that consistently gets 5 star patient reviews. NP or PA with 2 year pediatric experience considered. The ideal candidate must be patient, caring and able to foster trust relationships with the children, their parents and staff. All staff work as a team and enjoy each other. Our clinic is open weeknights from 5 pm to 10 pm, Saturdays/Sundays 10 am to 10 pm. Shifts are generally 5 to 8 hours. Average 2 to 3 patients per hour.

Requirements
- Efficiently examine, diagnose and treat sick and injured children
- Prescribe medications and give instructions for administration
- Order and interpret appropriate lab tests and x-rays
- Prepare and administer vaccines/medications as needed
- Serve as preceptor for PA and NP students
- Prior experience as a pediatrician in outpatient setting
- Valid license to practice medicine state of California
- PALS, BE/BC, BLS
