Position: Senior Change Management Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote) - 1-2 days per week on-site in Reston, VA
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Security Clearance

Change Management Consultant Work will directly work with HRSA Corporate Stakeholders, to study and
understand the organizational mission, vision, value proposition, strategic focus areas, operating models,
and stakeholder requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define problems, to develop solutions, and to implement solutions to improve organizational
performance and overall change management
- Leverage previous experiences and industry best practices to identify the most challenging issues
and generate options to mitigate and resolve these issues
- Improve, refine, and develop processes and integrate them into daily operations
- Conduct benchmark analyses, develop conclusions, generate strategic recommendations, document
findings, author client presentations, and ensure the timely and successful execution of deliverables
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree / master’s degree a plus
- Experience with strategic planning and execution, organization transformation, change
management, digital transformation, culture transformation, process improvement, strategic
communications, data-driven decision making, or agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to define methodologies, work with teams to conduct data-driven qualitative and
quantitative analysis, and make recommendations to senior executives
- Experience with Federal Health Organizations
- Experience in private sector health care (a plus)
- Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, quantitative, and data gathering skills
- Ability to provide trend analysis reports to identify gaps in resources
- Experience mapping of resources to efforts, high interest areas, threads, strategic initiatives, etc.
- Coordinate appropriate stakeholders in the prioritization of requirements across the organization
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills/ability to create client-ready
deliverables (slide decks, etc.)

Salary: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
