Full Job Description
The Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Records Management Center of Excellence provides expert advice and consultative services to assist CCB business units sustain adherence to the firm’s records retention policy. This position is for a Records Management Business Analyst who will support strategic planning and sustainment of records retention policy adherence initiatives across all CCB business units.
Creating metrics and reporting that articulate progress against CCB’s records management objectives.
Analyzing records retention performance data to identify consulting opportunities to support compliance sustainment.
Consulting with CCB management to sustain records management programs that align with the firm’s records retention policy.
Evaluating existing records management standard processes to ensure ongoing compliance with changing records management requirements.
Maintaining a high level of records management technical expertise, industry knowledge, and professional disposition.
Facilitating the identification of best practices with a cross-section of records management leads across the CCB business units for operational improvement.
Requires 3+ years of related analytical experience
Requires experience using Alteryx to create reports and metrics
Requires experience designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards
Requires advanced level expertise with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must have facilitation and client presentation skills
Experience working in complex matrix management environment

Confident, professional approach when interfacing with clients and colleagues
Excellent communication skills, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Adaptable to a fast changing environment
Ability to act under pressure, resolve conflicts and adjust to a changing environment is a must
Ability to manage multiple initiatives across multiple clients at the one time.
Prefer knowledge or experience with records management policy and practices.
Prefer experience with various records management related platforms and related applications (e.g., SharePoint, Shared Drive, Accutrac, Global Records Requirements Manager e.t.c.)
Prefer Project Management/Program Management experience
College degree preferred
