Work with Supply Chain team to coordinate and manage customer orders to ensure proper service levels are met.

Essential Functions:

  • Optimize the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation and warehouse resources to guarantee on-time service to our customers while maximizing revenue and minimizing total landed costs.
  • Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and operations team members.
  • Work closely with the various operations groups to properly manage inventory levels against demand.
  • Serve as a “help desk” to sales team by providing answers to questions, solutions to problems, and guidance through the ordering process.
  • Coordinate flow of information to production, category managers, distribution center and sales to ensure all goals are met.
  • Coordinate rebox program with distribution center to cover forecast needs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Collaborate with demand planners, sales team and category managers to forecast items.

  • Minimum Requirements

    Bachelors Degree from an accredited four year college or university.


    Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook as well as experience with Oracle based software.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    APICS certificate preferred
