Be a lead teacher in our brand-new center!!! El Way Child Care and Learning Center provides quality care to children 0-5 years of age. Our teachers will ideally carefully curate lesson plans to developmentally fit individual children's educational needs. The Ideal candidate will be able to effectively understand and support all staff and children. You must be kind, compassionate, patient, hardworking, and most importantly you must love children!!
Our Teachers Must
● Be able develop curriculum targeted to their specific age group
● Maintain classroom management
● Prepare classroom activities
● Supervise children in social settings and developmental practices
● Observe children in their natural environment and observe educational habits
● Communicate effectively and directly to parents and administration on a daily basis.
● Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
● Ensure the daily care of every child by following the state guidelines and implementing
all center guidelines
● Be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
● Must be able to bend down, stand, kneel, or sit on the floor in order to interact with
children on their level
● Pass criminal background check/fingerprinting
Education - High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
