Primary Job Function
- Performs nursing assessment and evaluation under Elite Personalized Medicine clinic’s established medical and nursing protocols and clinical team
- Administers primary nursing services: intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections using the prescribed formula and an array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- Phlebotomy required for serum labs
- Provide patient education and guidance as it relates to their care plan
- Uses electronic medical record to document client visit and therapies received
- Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and team work in all aspects of work
- Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and learning sessions
- Actively participate in quality improvement processes while being open to the ongoing changes in medical care and make suggestions for improvements
- Foster a team environment to effectively lead and retain staff while providing opportunities for staff to grow and develop new skills
- Take appropriate corrective actions to address matters pertaining to patient health and safety
- Keep all protected health information (PHI) confidential and abide by HIPAA guidelines for the release and disclosure of any PHI
- Required Skills
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of Georgia
- Two years of experience as a Nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, OR), or similar practice as EPM
- One-year experience administering injections required
- Previous IV Therapy Specialty experience preferred
- Must be a team player – be wiling to help support other departments when needed
- 1 year of experience working within an integrative medicine clinic preferred
- CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days and kept current at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task effectively
- Previous experience with an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system and working in an EHR environment is desired

Pay: $27.50 - $35.00 per hour
