Responsible for providing comprehensive, patient centered, clinical pharmacy services for Oncology area. Proactively influences medication use and makes recommendations concerning patient’s medication profile. Assesses medication orders for appropriateness of therapy taking into account patient-specific factors, and evaluates patient medication regimens to assure positive patient outcomes including relevant laboratory results and/or tests or procedures.
