The Environmental Designer will work as part of our studio team to aid in the development of environmental design solutions for a variety of client projects including B2B, B2C, and pop-up experiences.

Create space plans and circulation diagrams for multiple venues
Work closely with the Senior Environmental Designer to design and build 3D CAD models of B2B and B2C activations
Prepare 3D renderings for client-ready presentations
Create construction drawings for fabricators and work closely with the Senior Environmental Designer to insure quality of builds from concept to execution
Understand brand style and implement aesthetic across all environmental designs: fabricated structures, interiors, signage, and décor
Understand proportion, scale, material properties, and fabrication methods
Work around a set budget to meet project requirements
Participate in venue site inspections and filed observations
Collaborate with studio members to create internal and client facing presentation decks
3+ years minimum of professional design experience
BS in architectural design, or related fields

Proficiency in one of the following:
Rhino 3D (preferred)
Unreal Engine 4

Working knowledge of:
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office
Google Drive
Must be creative, innovative, and enjoy working as a contributing part of a team
Must be able to work efficiently under competing deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization and communication skills
MUST have samples of work and/or portfolio submitted with resume to be considered
