Office Technician/Assistant

We are looking for a full-time competent Office Technician/Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily technical/administrative operations of our company in our downtown Miami office.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
  • Prepare, setup and ship orders to customers
  • Handle returns or complaints
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, and technology in general
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 1 year of customer service, software/tech job, or startup experience
Benefits:
  • Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm with 1 paid hour for lunch
  • Salary of $10 per hour
