We are looking for a full-time competent Office Technician/Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily technical/administrative operations of our company in our downtown Miami office.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
- Prepare, setup and ship orders to customers
- Handle returns or complaints
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, and technology in general
- Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- 1 year of customer service, software/tech job, or startup experience
- Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm with 1 paid hour for lunch
- Salary of $10 per hour
