Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Auditor to maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting, location auditing, researching inventory discrepancies, and providing root cause analysis. This role is essential in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and optimal inventory management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Research movement (in and out) that can impact inventory counts at time of cycle counting.
- Research warehouse transfer exceptions and account for any open exceptions during inventory reviews.
- Perform thorough location audits to ensure proper product placement and organization within the warehouse, parts areas, and showroom.
- Conduct research to resolve inventory discrepancies and minimize gain/shrink levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Contribute to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
- Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down heavy equipment up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
- Work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a warehouse that is not climate controlled.
- Familiar with dollies, pallet jacks and forklifts

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior work experience and/or internship experience in inventory control and or cycle counting
HVAC industry knowledge a plus.
Must pass a drug test and physical.
Schedule
Full Time Monday through Friday
