We are currently looking for an individual to assist our Lightbox Department which houses our Event Installation and our LED Light box division. Access to a car is a plus but not required.

About the Position:
We are looking for an ENERGETIC Project Administrator to coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing jobs in the Lightbox Department. The applicant must have a strong knowledge and or interest to learn production workflow. A keen eye for administrative organization and follow up on given task is crucial for success in this position.
The Project Administrator will be working closely with the Department Directors, Draftsman, and fabrication crew as well as other departments within the company. Daily workflow involves collecting information from salespeople, clients, vendors and other production managers to ensure the department can execute their project correctly, efficiently and on time.
Pro-Active follow-up on open action items for live jobs and internal administrative responsibilities is crucial for day-to-day operations. Communication to key production people is essential. Job work tickets must be updated with recent information organized and catalogued.
The bulk of the product deliverables are illuminated elements, displays, & graphic light-boxes and print graphic related items, which are fully assembled, quality controlled and packed down securely for Shipping or Installation delivery.
Direct and active communication with Department director and Inventory manager as well as general inventory ordering and item restocking is a daily collaboration with key members of the department.
Detail oriented tacking and navigating excel, Google, and smart sheets is part of daily workflow. Hands on collaboration and installation of projects is necessary from time to time. Regional and National travel is necessary from time to time.
About You:
Technical Skills:
- 4 years of experience in arts or event production related industry is preferred.
- Sketchup, Rhino, Solid Works drafting software experience.
- Ability to organize a linear production schedule with multiple projects.
- Excel, Word, FileMaker, Google Drive, Gantt Charts, and or PODIO experience
- Learn and operate POS system.
- 3D drawing, Illustrator or Photoshop skills are a plus.
