The Contractor shall support the NetApp software within the network. These operating systems eliminate planned downtime with non-disruptive operations and scale across multiple protocols using the same management tools and feature set.

SharePoint 2013-2016 Portal Implementation(s) and SP content and application migration project experience.
Develop Custom and COTS Applications for, (3) three multi-tiered SharePoint 2013 portals (3 farms) using SharePoint Developer, InfoPath and SharePoint Designer. Nintex Forms and Workflows.
Provide user administration (user permissions set up groups, AD & SharePoint, backups, restores, reporting, monitoring, cleanup and site provisioning using PowerShell). Built, create, modified custom Workflows, lists, forms libraries, web parts CSS, JQUERY, JavaScript, C# and out of the box solutions.
Design and maintenance of SharePoint portal and websites, including interface/integration with Web enterprise systems, InfoPath forms, SharePoint Reporting Services, and Business Connectivity Services.
Coordinate delivery of content across multiple platforms and devices
Provide end user training using train-the-trainer techniques on use of content management systems and end-user reporting and monitoring, managing site and channel performance issues, and acting as liaison between departments.
Manage changes to program’s core configuration management system i.e. Microsoft SharePoint libraries.
Designed and developed reporting solutions for SharePoint applications
Collaborate with various departments in the creation of functional requirements for customizations or other development initiatives.
Analyze and definition the organization’s information architecture and the design of taxonomies for customer organizations
Advise on SharePoint best practices, standards, governance, and information management
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements
Work with customers at all levels of technical ability by assisting them in the customization, and definition of a SharePoint site
Develop customized workflows.

Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance
Must have an active passport
An Associate’s degree in Computer Science is preferred, with 7 years of recent specialized experience. In lieu of degree, a major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience.
Shall have three (3) years related work experience.
Shall provide development and content administration functions and propose innovative solutions leveraging existing collaborative tools, used by US Army, to facilitate file sharing, content sharing, web portal, Google App, and other enterprise-level IT services that enable secure end-to-end communication across the organizations
