We are looking for a dynamic yet professional individual to assist our CEO!
Some responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to;
· Serves and acts as primary point of contact on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, for internal and external communications, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering and responding to phone calls, coordinating events as well as making travel arrangements.
· Works with and coordinates logistics with the Board on various communications and or tasks, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
· Manages support center and shelter inventory, makes purchases and ensures detailed receipts are submitted to finance.
· Assists HR in scheduling meetings and events as well as working with and coordinating with employees.
· Provides a high-level of administrative support to the CEO as well as assists with planning, executing and following up on special projects and initiatives led by the CEO, while ensuring accuracy and that deadlines and objectives are met and achieved.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration and or management or relevant field preferred.
· Five to eight years of executive assisting experience.
· Two to three years’ work experience in non-profit preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Proficient skills in Microsoft products; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Forms.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
Salary: $22.63 - $26.63 an hour.
